- This website is managed and operated by our representative in Egypt, representing Nestlé Waters Egypt S.A.E. (hereinafter referred to as "Nestlé," "we"), with its official headquarters located at Cairo Complex Building No. 5, Ankara Street, Sheraton, Nasr City, Cairo.

- By accessing, browsing, and using our Website and submitting an "Order," you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and fully agreed to these Terms and Conditions, which may be amended by us from time to time in accordance with the law.

- An "Order" submitted through this Website constitutes an offer, and we will confirm acceptance (if applicable), except in cases of force majeure, unavailability of the product, or if the order violates Nestlé's operating rules.

Pricing and Payment Methods
- Product prices on this Website are indicated in local currency.
- Delivery is an integral part of the product offerings (which means delivery is free).
- Payment for products displayed on the site can be made in cash upon delivery or by credit/debit cards. We accept online payment using Visa and Mastercard in Egyptian pounds. Credit/debit card details will not be stored, sold, shared, or rented to any third party.
- The customer bears full legal responsibility for the accuracy of their data, address, email, and ownership of the credit or debit card used in the purchase and payment process, or any errors or violations, without any liability on the part of Nestlé.
Delivery
- Delivery will be made to the address provided during your registration on the site, provided we have distribution vehicles in that area. If the address is outside the delivery coverage area, the order will not be delivered, and the customer will be notified of the cancellation, and the amount will be refunded if paid by credit/debit cards.
- The customer is fully responsible for ensuring their presence to receive the ordered products. If they are not present at the delivery address, the customer will be contacted to schedule another delivery time.
- Our various products are subject to prevailing market conditions. If any of our products are unavailable, this will be indicated on our Website and/or you will be notified via our hotline as soon as possible.
- If the product order is accepted, we will ensure that the products are sent within 3-5 business days.
- If the customer does not respond to the company to confirm the order, the order will be automatically cancelled within 10 business days.
- The company has the right to cancel the order if the customer does not meet the offer conditions according to Nestlé's sales policies (for example, if the offer is for new customers only and the customer is an existing one at the time of the offer request).
Ownership and Responsibility of Products
- The products are subject to our absolute ownership until full payment has been made to the company.
- The customer is responsible for the products as soon as they are delivered correctly and appropriately, regardless of payment procedures.
Return, Refund, and After-Sales Policy

You should inspect the products thoroughly upon receipt. You must notify us of any defects, damages, or issues with the delivered product on the same day of receipt through the following means:
- Call our hotline at 19800 from 9 AM to 5 PM, Saturday to Thursday, or

- The defective product must be returned in its original packaging (if available).
- Any defective or damaged product will be replaced with a similar product. If the defective product cannot be replaced, the amount paid will be refunded within thirty (30) days from the date of notification.
- If payment was made by credit/debit card, the amount will be refunded to the same card within thirty (30) days from the notification date.
- Electronic coupons cannot be exchanged or refunded if at least one coupon has been used or redeemed.
- If an offer includes multiple products like a package, a single product from the bundle cannot be returned separately. The entire offer must be returned together, Additionally, if any product within the offer has been used, the return will not be accepted.
- The consumer has the right to request an exchange or a refund within 14 days from the date of receiving the product, provided that the product is not defective due to manufacturing. However, the product must be in its original condition as received at the time of purchase (i.e., unopened and unused).

Warranty
- Water coolers purchased from Nestlé are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for twelve (12) months from the date of purchase.
- Compressors for coolers purchased from Nestlé are guaranteed for twenty-four (24) months from the date of purchase.
